Sometimes I get information overload with astrology, but I really want to learnto use it as much as possible.  I wanted to tell you how successful the Astrodrama (February 4) was as an educational technique for me. I am grateful when this complex material is simplified enough to be understandable and this hands-on activity did that. It was helpful to see the chart elements under discussion on the large tablet.  You chose people with a lot of expertise to enact the planets.  They kept it simple but thorough.  Susan Pressman did a great job of deftly bringing participants back to the elements of the drama. This thoroughness gives the student of astrology more confidence in understanding the complexities of the energies involved.

I know about the energy of the Moon and that of Neptune, but the Astro-drama helped me understand Moon conjunct Neptune when the two characters talked about their influence on each other.  And to then introduce an additional planet was very effective in helping us see the many perspectives happening at once in our experience.  I have read about the psychic ability Moon conjunct Neptune conveys, but hearing the discussion helped me understand what the psychic experience means and how it impacts relationships. It reinforced what I know about the energies and deepened my understanding of the complexity involved.  Even though you didn't choose my chart, I have this conjunction in another sign so I was pleased to learn how to analyze it better.  This is such a big hobby when you get interested in it and it was thrilling to hear about charts and transits. I wanted to let you know I think you did a great job and thank you for a wonderful evening, and I am sure all the attendees will attest to how much fun it was.  (When "Mars" said, "You're hot!" I almost fell off my chair.)
